These are SO easy! All you need is a
1 Pound of turkey
Breadcrumbs- a good handful but see if you think the consistency is right
1 egg
Chopped or minced onion to taste
1 clove of garlic crushed
Italian Seasoning to taste
Salt and pepper (shocking) to taste :)
We usually make really big meatballs but this time I went mini. I baked them for at least 30 minutes but keep checking until they are mostly done.
Then I put them in a pot with a store bought sauce
Simmer until the sauce is hot and then just throw them on a nice toasty roll, sprinkle with Parm...
