Leftover Mashed Potatoes...



To me there is nothing grosser then day old mashed potatoes but this is one way that I'll eat them. 

Put your leftover mashed potatoes in a bowl. 
 
I had some leftover bacon in the fridge so I chopped it and threw it in a pan to fry
 Drain grease on a paper towel
I crunched the bacon into smaller pieces.
 Mix potatoes with sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon and salt and pepper
 
Stir well
 Put into a baking dish or like I did a pie dish
 Bake at 350 degrees until it is toasty and bubbly.
This is exactly like a twice baked potato without the skin. 
YUM!
