So to me this is a special time of year. I love pretty much everything about it. I LOVE that it makes us try to bring a little more special into our day to day. I wish it happened more all year long, but I am glad something makes people try and help others more.
So here's the thing. We celebrate Christmas. I say Merry Christmas to everyone. I know in today's Politically Correct world we try to guard everyone's feelings and not offend anyone, but in turn I feel like we miss so much! If someone said Happy Hanukkah to me I would not be offended. If someone wished me a warm Winter Solstice or a Happy Kwanzaa I would say thank you! Just because I celebrate Christmas does not mean I expect everyone to. I welcome the diversity and love that people no matter what their faith and background can find something to celebrate! I hope you all, no matter your faith and your background are having a wonderful time, this time of year. Reveling in the change in the weather and the coming together of those you care about. Whether it is for a Merry Christmas or Hanukkah or Happy Thursday, whatever, just enJOY!
Happy Holidays to you all!
