Teriyaki Chicken Burgers

There is nothing special really to these chicken burgers. I didn't take pictures even. But boy did they taste yummy!

All you need-
-Chicken breasts (boneless & skinless) I pounded mine so they didn't take as long.
-Iceberg lettuce
-Ketchup & Mayo mixed (Homemade Thousand Island dressing)
-Kaisar Buns
-Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki
-Pineapple Slices

Grill the chicken breasts WITHOUT the teriyaki sauce on it. Just spray with olive oil and grill. When the chicken breasts are done just pour teriyaki over them on a plate. I've learned by saving the teriyaki until the end, you don't get burnt chicken. Teriyaki has lots of sugar in it which makes it burn easily. Even before your chicken is cooked on the inside it could be burnt on the outside.

Mix the Ketchup & Mayo (Thousand dressing) I used about equal parts.

Prepare your Kaisar bun with the
Thousand dressing, a piece of iceberg lettuce, the chicken and a piece of pineapple.

This is SO simple and really tasty. It is a quick refreshing meal for a summer night.

I served with baked beans, and broccoli slaw. I also grilled a portobello mushroom cap I marinated in the teriyaki. But my family wouldn't have anything to do with that. Good, more for me :)

enJOY!

Have you ever tried grilling the pineapple slices? It carmelizes the juices and they are delicious :). I think you just inspired our dinner for tonight.

I forgot to do that last night! Waaah! I love grilled pineapple! I actually saw a grilled pineapple sundae with grilled angel food cake and pineapple chopped and served over Tahitian vanilla ice cream! YUM!
